(step by step instructions)
- 1. line up mx3 on one end
- 2. line up tv remote on other end (head to head, about 2 inches apart )
- 3. long press the TV button on mx3, red light will start flashing from fast to slow, release
- 4. press the tv remote power button, the flashing red light will become solid red
- 5. press the red button on the bottom row of the mx3 remote
- 6. the solid red light will start flashing
- 7. press the TV button on mx3 ( red flashing light should go off , sometime this will take about 25 second, so wait for it. )
- 8. this will finish prog. one function of your remote, if you want to prog vol up, vol down, input button or whatever from your tv remote, follow the same procedure by using the rest of the button on the mx3 to finish them.
For me, I use the botton row button on mx3 for all tv functions, and use the red power button on top to prog. my tv box remote's power button....So all together you can prog. 5 different functions into the mx3 remote.
